Being a parent is one of life’s greatest joys, but it is also one of its biggest challenges. There’s hardly a mum or dad on the face of the earth who, at times, is not overawed by the task of parenting, which is why we're proud to announce Parentalk courses covering the Primary Years and the Teenage Years.

At MRISA Arts Exchange (AX) secondary students come together for a four day immersive experience in the arts with peers from the other MRISA schools.

From 21-25 March 2018, a team of 25 NISC students travelled to ISHCMC in Vietnam to take part in the MRISA STEAM Fair.

On Monday 10 April, our Kindergarten children were very excited to share their re-telling of ‘Where the Wild Things Are’ by Maurice Sendak, with their parents and the Early Learning students.

The Exhibition is a significant learning journey in the life of a PYP student and an important school and community event as it is the culmination of a student’s PYP experience. It is an 8-week unit which allows students the opportunity to show the attributes of the IB learner profile that they have been developing throughout their years in the PYP.

Please read below about some of this week's activities taking place across Northbridge. As a school we are getting close to the Kymer New Year celebrations and our Grade 12 students get ever closer to their diploma examinations.

Seventh grade is a challenging time for students. The are in the midst of their schooling, on the verge of becoming teenagers, and face daily struggles with school, friends, self-image, and emotions. Students in Ms Jen’s Language and Literature class explored these ideas as they wrote plays for their production of 'The View from 7th Grade'.

On Friday 9 March, the Northbridge International School Cambodia Primary and Secondary Student Councils organized the NISC Soccer 7s, a fantastic family day of fun, football, and friends!

The MRISA Junior Football Tournament was held at United Nations International School Hanoi from 16-18 March 2018.

On behalf of our student council, we invite you to a special occasion at NISC. Next Friday 9 March from 2pm-5pm, we will welcome over 100 student-athletes to our school, from four schools serving the local Cambodian population, to participate in the NISC Soccer 7s. This will be a special day, and we want you to join us!

It is a pleasure to host the MRISA (Mekong River International Schools Association) Senior Basketball Tournament, 2018 from 1-3 February. We are proud to belong to MRISA and feel very privileged that our students can participate  in healthy competition and fair play.

As the school year progresses month to month, Northbridge International School Cambodia is frequently visited by universities coming from all four corners of the map in order to show students, through lunch presentations, what their post-secondary studies might look like and to encourage them to examine courses that are on offer. Because of this, we have decided to summarize the university visits each month, for students to have better perspective on what each university offers and how they can relate to their ambitions and career goals.
