Classically trained pianist, Ekaterina began her musical journey at the age of seven in Yurga's music school to continue the education in Novosibirsk Specialized Music School (college) and the Moscow State Tchaikovsky Conservatory.
For the last decade Ekaterina has toured across Europe, performing as a soloist and a chamber musician in some of the major concert halls of France, Italy, Germany, Austria and Russia. Her active repertoire to date encompasses solo piano works by a diverse list of composers (J.S. Bach, Brahms, Beethoven, Chopin, Debussy, Liszt, Shostakovich, Prokofiev, Rachmaninov, Ravel, Schubert, Schumann, Stravinsky, and Tchaikovsky, amongst others).
In 2018 Ekaterina joined the ISM's music department team, taking up a piano teacher position.
Since 2019 she's also leading a chamber music class at the Moscow State Tchaikovsky Conservatory.
Ekaterina is happy being a part of such a great multi-national community and she's enjoying the experience of sharing knowledge with ISM students.
